Battery replacement instructions

 You will need:


     2x AA 1.5V alkaline batteries (do not use rechargeable batteries)

         phillips screwdriver


what to do
Note asset number (e.g. 0014)
Note sensor ID (e.g. 387033)
Note sensor type (e.g. Current meter)

   


Locate the asset

Find label on the machine. It is usually located on cabinet door.
Make sure it is correct asset number.

 


Locate the sensor

This is how Zoomfab sensors look like 

 

 

Based on sensor type, location on machine may vary. 

    

     
Current meters & Volt meter are typically located inside cabinet.
    
   
Light meters are located on machine light. 
     
 

Other sensors are typically located on moving part of the machine like beam or arm.

Typically there are more sensors on one machine. Make sure ID on sensors matches. 

 

 

 

battery Replacement

 

 1. Unscrew 4 screws in corners and take off the lid.

2. Replace batteries. 
Mind the correct polarity when inserting the batteries.
 
 

 

3. Put back the cover. 

   

4. Go to Zoomfab and verify battery level.

         

   

 5. In case sensor is not responding within 30 minutes locate sensor and power it off using switch on side for 60 seconds.

Then power it on again.

 

 

6. If sensor is still not responding open it cover & check battery polarity. (Step #2 in Battery replacement section).
